Stark / Raving Health, a leading provider of clinical trial marketing and patient recruitment, today announced the appointment of Lindsay Herman to Accounts Operations.

In this role, Herman will oversee account operations, focusing on optimizing campaign performance, enhancing customer experience, and driving operational efficiencies across our portfolio of clients and clinical trials. She will also support efforts to optimize media performance, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness for patient recruitment campaigns. Herman will report directly to the executive leadership team and will play a key role in shaping the company’s operational excellence and client relationship strategies.

Herman joins Stark / Raving Health with a strong track record in the clinical research industry. Most recently, Herman served as Director of Success Management at Heartbeat Clinical Research (formerly BBK Worldwide) where she consolidated metrics to enhance work-streams, implemented KPIs across multiple programs, and developed strategic plans for client engagement. Prior to that, Herman held positions as Account Operations Manager and Account Executive at BBK Worldwide, consistently demonstrating expertise in account management, project coordination, and operational excellence.
